President and C.E.O., Temple Aday has a distinguished career of more than 30 years of commercial construction experience prior to the founding of ADAY & ASSOCIATES encompassing in excess of more than 125 Central Texas projects, including projects such as the Dell Diamond Home Run Porch and Intel Club, several Class “A” multi-story office buildings, high end retail centers, banks, medical office buildings, churches and many heavy highway improvements including bridges. 

 

Temple grew up in Arlington, Texas and began his construction career in 1978 by enrolling at Texas A & M University where he was also a Four Year Letterman in Football.  After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction he joined Chasco Contracting in 1984.  Coming up through the ranks as a field superintendent, Temple’s eager spirit and honed skills quickly lead him to upper management.  He served as Chasco’s President for more than 17 years before acting on a vision to start a construction business that would provide the service expected by clients who value a higher level of quality, professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail.
